Tempranillo grape selection of low-growing, harvested at their optimum maturity and old, native from area vineyards. Soft stemming and crushing with a posterior fermentation at controlled temperature and a long maceration to extract the strengths of our grapes. Barrel aging of French and American oak for a minimum period of six months under controlled temperature, humidity and lighting. Rounded in the bottle for at least 6 months before going to market.
Cherry red color upper middle layer with ocher hues in the glass trim, which denote the time in oak. Fruity nose with hints of vanilla and ripe fruit. Palate well structured, round and powerful. It is a wine that still has life ahead.
