Vinification:
Cencibel selection of grapes from low-growing, harvested at their optimum ripeness and from old vines and native of the area. Soft stemming and crushing with subsequent temperature controlled fermentation to preserve and bring out the best fruit.
Tasting Note:
Deep purple red, medium-high layer and purple hues in the glass trim denoting powerful young wine and well structured. Very fruity nose with hints of red fruit forest, strawberry and licorice with soft lactic touches that make it very appealing. Palate well structured, fleshy and powerful but at the same time soft, without highlighting excessive astringency of young wines.
