Vinification:

Made from the best grapes from the vineyards of Tempranillo older low height of the area, gathered at their optimum ripeness. A soft destemming and crushing is done with a subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature to preserve and bring out the best fruit.

Tasting Note:

Deep purple red color, middle layer and violet hues in the glass border denoting powerful young wine and well structured. Fruity nose with hints of red fruit. Palate well structured, meaty and powerful.
